MADAME X è il modello – prototipo di una dama settecentesca, ispirato alla celebre opera di Fragonard (L’Altalena – 1797).
Madam X dondola, senza corpo, sfoggiando decorazioni organiche sull’abito, al di là del tempo, al dì la dello spazio, assente a sé stessa, estranea allo sfiorire della bellezza.
MADAME X is the model – prototype of an eighteenth-century Lady, inspired by the famous work of Fragonard (The Swing – 1797). Madam X swings, without body, showing off organic decorations on her dress, beyond time, beyond space, absent to herself, stranger to the fading of beauty.
