‘Nuvola Fresca’ (‘Fresh Cloud’), is an installation created by the artist, is totally realized using Bellafonte tights for woman and it represents a poetic interpretation of Dream Catcher that, according to Cheyenne Cultures, was put over baby’s cradles in order to defend them from nightmares. As the artist explains:
“Dreams will be captured by the net of pearls…and nightmares will be given to feathers of birds to be scattered in the sky.”
Work realized for the Bellafonte hosiery factory in Castelgoffredo (Mantua), on the occasion of the parade organized as part of the event that was held in Minsk (Belarus) in 2008, promoted by the Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the Province of Mantua, the Associazione degli Industriali and the Consorzio Mantova Export, coordinated by Promoimpresa (special company of the Chamber of Commerce of Mantua) with the technical support of Terziaria srl of Mantua. E’ un’installazione interamente realizzata con collant femminili Bellafonte e rappresenta un’interpretazione poetica dell’acchiappasogni che nelle tradizioni della cultura Cheyenne veniva messo sopra le culle dei bambini per difenderli dai sogni cattivi. Come spiega l’artista: “I sogni buoni saranno catturati dalla rete e dalle perle…i cattivi consegnati alle piume d’uccello”
Opera realizzata per il calzificio Bellafonte di Castelgoffredo (Mantova), in occasione della sfilata realizzata nell’ambito della manifestazione che si è tenuta a Minsk (Bielorussia) nel 2008, promossa dalla Camera di Commercio, in collaborazione con la Provincia di Mantova, l’Associazione degli Industriali e il Consorzio Mantova Export, coordinata da Promoimpresa (azienda speciale della Camera di Commercio di Mantova) con il supporto tecnico di Terziaria srl di Mantova.
